A graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University, Robert joined the Temple Israel of the City of New York staff in August 2007. He spent 19 years working at Stephen S. Wise Temple in Los Angeles in various capacities (including education, programming and Administrative responsibilities) and was Associate Executive Director there for his last 6 years. Robert is currently a member of the Executive Committee of NATA (National Association for Temple Administration) and is Past-President of Metro ASE (Metropolitan Association for Synagogue Executives).
Born in London, England, he is married to Nirit French (nee Harel).
