How to Submit Pictures (events, programs) to Temple Israel for bulletin, emails, flyers etc.


1            Write (or copy and paste) the following in the address bar of your web browser:

http://dropbox.yousendit.com/TINYC

2            When the prompt appears, enter your email address, the subject, a message.

 

3            Select and upload the file. There is nothing else you have to do. The pictures will arrive securely to our Communications Manager.

***NOTE***

We request that pictures are sent this way because:

1/ Pictures that we use need to be at least 5 megabytes.

2/ Sending multiple pictures without using the above method slows down our network (yours if you are sending from home), and may cause your email to crash.

3/ it is easier to archive the pictures from here and it does not tie up space in your Outlook or email application. (Remember that even once you have sent pictures by regular email they remain large files.)

4/ Our Communications Manager will get the pictures. No need to worry.

So, please… use the above method and ask committee chairs and members that are submitting pictures to do the same.
