Taste of Judaism

The URJ Outreach Department is pleased to introduce to New Yorkers a new program "A Taste of Judaism: Are You Curious?," during the upcoming year. This program is an opportunity to explore Judaism in a non-threatening, welcoming environment. Its goal is to give students a taste of Judaism and to pique the interest of all who are searching for an entrée into Jewish life.

This program is designed primarily for unaffiliated Jews, non-Jews, intermarried couples and children of intermarriage. It is a free three meeting course, covering three topics: Spirituality, Ethics and Community. Temple Israel along with other Reform Temples of New York City will participate in this program.
