Mission

The Brotherhood's mission is to create programs that bind our community, promote Jewish cultural understanding and support acts of charity.

How We Accomplish Our Mission

  • We organized a Wine Tasting Dinner at an up-and-coming East Side Restaurant.
  • We provide Chanukah Gifts to all the Nursery School children.
  • We organize Project Ezra, a luncheon for over 100 Lower East Side Senior Citizens complete with music, dance and gifts.
  • We organize the Saturday morning Tot Shabbat for children. Over 60 people attend each month.

Ongoing Activities

  • We distribute Wine & Challah to New Temple Members.
  • We provide a Prayer Book to each Bar and Bat Mitzvah.
  • Current events:
We look forward to developing new and relevant programming in response to the ever-changing needs of the congregation.
